2009-2010 Scholarship Application

Online application for scholarships in the College of Communications at Penn State.

Only students who will be full-time undergraduates, enrolled in the College of Communications at the University Park campus for the 2009-2010 academic year should complete this application.

Scholarship applications received by April 15, 2009 will be given first priority for awarding. Applications received after April 15 will be considered when additional funds become available.

Monies awarded from this application process will be applied only to the 2009-2010 academic year. (That means students who will be on campus for classes from August 2009 through May 2010.)

Please provide an essay (at least 500 words) describing your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, community involvement, career goals and those things that set you apart from others. Any other pertinent information concerning your circumstances that would be helpful in assessing your merit -- such as honors, activities, financial need and why your are applying for a scholarship -- would be beneficial.

To be eligible for scholarships in the College of Communications, a student must be in good conduct standing with the University and may have no record of an academic integrity violation at the time of application.
